We have consistently had excellent experiences with both of our cars (Audi Q7 TDI and Toyota Camry) at Service Street Tire & Auto Repair in the Aliana location of Richmond, TX. In particular, the manager, JASON CREEDON, stands out for his friendliness, professionalism, and transparency. He explains diagnostics clearly, offers honest recommendations, and never tries to oversell unnecessary services. Jason & him team truly prioritize great customer service and even goes the extra mile to provide discount coupons, helping keep routine maintenance and other services more affordable. While there are many options for auto repair, finding a truly trustworthy shop can be challenging. We feel fortunate to have Service Street in our neighborhood, maintaining such genuine standards and commitment to customer satisfaction. My tire had a slow leak, and I was able to drive in with no appointment. I was in and out in 26 minutes and they charged me $0!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND and I will use them again!

I always get Superior Service at the Norcross location. Super nice people. I trust them to give me an honest evaluation on needed repairs. Speedy oil changes. Package deal on oil changes is a great value. Complimentary shuttle makes work day repairs easy. Thank you for all you do for me.

I needed a light bulb changed for my license plate. I called and was greeted very professionally by Ali and told to bring my car in anytime. When I arrived Derek was warm, professional and friendly. They took care of me very quickly and efficiently. I will be back to this location because of the top notch service received.
