Years ago, we were unhappy with the service we were receiving at Service Street, and even though they are close to our house, we went further away to Mr. Tire for our car maintenance and emergency needs. We LOVED ADAM at Mr. Tire. And, recently, we learned that Adam and the amazing techs from Mr. Tire had left. Today, my car had a flat, and I was close to Service Street, so I went there. Imagine my sheer delight when I saw Adam at the desk and some of the previous Mr. Tire techs in the bays. I immediately called everyone I know who loved Adam at Mr. Tire and told them he was now at Service Street. We are all ecstatic that Adam and his amazing team are now bringing their exceptional skills and customer service to Service Street. If I had more stars than 5, I would give them. THANKS FOR EVERYTHING ADAM!

Last week, I found a nail in my tire that caused a slow air leak. I took it to Service Street, and they took me right in, repaired my tire in record time, and I went on to work. The shop is very clean, the owner and mechanics were honest and polite, and they provided great service. I highly recommend Service Street Repair if you need work in the Aliana area.

Took my Audi in for a general inspection, told me what was important and didn’t pressure me what so ever. Greats guys

My car died across the street at Panera. I was unsuccessful at jumping it off and the graciously sent someone over to jump it off for me and get it across the street. My car is 10 years old and the battery was shot and the alternator was gone. Cole not only only jumped met me at Panera but jumped me off and then because the alternator wouldn’t kick in he drove it back for me while I drove his truck. He saved the day. They were able to get the parts and fix it same day for me. It’s so stressful being stranded but this shop went above and beyond to help me out. It was such a relief knowing they took the time to go the extra mile and be there to help. I have been a customer for some time here and there and have always been pleased but this was so above and beyond and they need to be recognized for it. I really appreciate it guys! I can’t say thank you enough!

8/2025 update: oil change + alignment. Only issue w/ alignment was steer ahead. They were able to correct this and have steering be dead center. Great quality of work and able to get me out of the shop ahead of time for work. Adam and his team were great. I came by as a walk-in to find out why my tire was leaking after a pothole. They found the leak and helped with alignment too. Total process was 70 minutes, pretty good considering there are other customers too and this was first thing in the morning. Good price transparency and respect for the vehicle (no revving or excessive driving to check alignment). Will definitely come back for future needs. Alignment done using Hunter machine for those that care.

Everything was great! They were efficient and all was fixed in timely fashion!

Outstanding follow through and willingness to solve my A/C and emission problems. They are very knowledgeable in their trade. There are many auto repair shops that try to solve a customer’s problems, but Kyle & Thomas ensure that a customer’s issues are resolved to the customer’s satisfaction. I will be returning in the future and letting others know about this place for their auto repair needs. Thx!

I woke up to a flat tire this morning which is obviously not an ideal way to start the day. Fortunately this place is down the street and open early, so I stopped in. Cesar was super kind, quick, and did an amazing job. I am happy to have found this place and will definitely return for any of my car service needs. Thanks a lot for making my morning less stressful, Cesar!

Once again, Shelby and Jeff, and the team at Service Street are my heroes!! Fantastic service! They answer my questions thoroughly, let me know what I am doing right, what I need to stay on top of, etc...I cannot sing their praises enough!!

Edward and his team are fantastic. We were 10 minutes away from the shop when our car wouldn't start. When we called, Edward drove over in his personal car to help us out. My car insurance roadside assistance couldn't get to us until 6 p.m., but Edward got the car started, and we drove it over to the shop. Everything was fixed in under an hour, and we still had the rest of the day and was in budget!

Deanna is amazing and made sure I was taken care of like a family member. The whole crew treats ya great. Very few companies exist these days with such level of true customer service. If things aren’t right up front, they make it so. These are the kind of folks you not only want in business but in life.

Hello, Wanted to take a moment and thank every single employee that works at the Service Street auto care center in Castle Pines, CO. I can absolutely recommend them completely to take care of your vehicle with anything it needs repaired. I have an older truck that many places had told me they were unable to work on but Service Street welcomed me with open arms. They did quite a bit of suspension work with an alignment, as well as replaced an intake manifold gasket, and recharged my A/C on top of a few other smaller odds and ends. It’s so wonderful to have a local auto care shop that can do it all. I also have many friends that have also had great experiences with Service Street with all sorts of different repairs as well. I wanted to thank Mr Josh and Mr James for all of their support and help with my project. I highly recommend this location and I will be back for more work in the future and will continue to recommend them to others. You can tell this is a great repair shop because the parking lot is always full of cars they are repairing. Thank you very much Service Street Castle Pines. :) I gave them 5 out of 5 stars but would have given them 6 stars if I could. I’m very grateful for all they did for me.
