The do a great job

I'm taking my car here from now on: I've asked Firestone to look at my brakes three times now, and every time they said they were fine. I finally took my car here and found out that my front brakes were fine, but my rear brakes (which are apparently harder to get to) were way out of alignment. They listened to me and took the time to check the back instead of only looking at the front and calling it good. No more screeching when I brake and I couldn't be happier.

I was quoted more than $1000 for my repairs at a place only a few miles down the road and my car was fixed quickly and for around $300 at Cedar Bluff auto. I will always bring my car here for repairs.

They always do me right and give me a fare deal.

Popped a tire because I hadn't rotated them in a long time, and by luck pulled in here. They pointed out my other front tire was about to go. In around 2 hours, they replaced both front tires and realigned for $230 after taxes. Seems like they know what they are doing.

Always great service, quick, honest and reasonably priced. Their crew is knowledgeable and I wouldn’t trust my Jeep with any one else.

I've been going there for over 10 years. Doug has always been helpful. When I get an oil change and he notices a problem or potential problem he will let me know, give me the facts, and let me decide what to do. I highly recommend them to work on your car.

I am from Virginia and on 2/7/2019 my truck threw a rod in Knoxville, Tennessee. The owner Doug has been so nice and understanding when working with me. They accurately diagnosed my vehicle and the I was given for the repair was very fair. He went to bat for me when my warranty company wouldn’t help me, their customer service is extraordinary!! I would recommend that if you are every in need of an auto repair and you are in Knoxville, Tennessee, you take your vehicle to Cedar Buff Auto Care. They show that they care about their customers.

Broke a valve stem while traveling with the family and they fixed it right up in an hour! Thanks guys!

Honest work at fair rates. A small shop that doesn't have the same sell sell sell mentality as the big chains.

I'm not from around here so I was uneasy about finding a new mechanic but i found this mechanic thru AAA and they seem genuine and nice, he explains what was wrong with my car and gives a receipt and explains the charges. Glad I found this place!

I have had a lot of work done on multiple vehicles with CBAutocare and they have always done good, honest work.

They do EXCELLENT work, and I have always been so happy with them. They never do anything to your car without calling and asking you for the go-ahead first, and they always know how to diagnose and fix the problem, however formidable. They go above and beyond with customer service; they were even kind enough to drive me home the last time my car was towed there. I feel like their prices are fair, and that I can always trust them with my vehicle. They've secured me as a loyal customer from here on out.
