Cedar Bluff Auto has been servicing and fixing (minor and major issues) with my vehicle for appx. 16 years or more. Doug and his staff can always determine the vehicle issue and resolve it. Doug and his staff are always honest, courteous and professional; they will get the vehicle problem resolved and your vehicle back on the road. Having a great automotive repair center to maintain service and fix problems in a timely and professional manner is fantastic! 5 Stars!!

Great place to do business

I had a flat tire and needed a new one to get back to work on time. Doug had a new tire and me in and out in no time, even made it back to work on time.

They were able to get the part needed a lot quicker than expected. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday night after closing and picked it up on a Thursday afternoon. I do have a slight complaint about someone forgetting some used paper towels in the car but they got her up and running and were super friendly and personable about it.

Been using Doug and his shop for years. Get all my regular maintenance there and buy all my tires there. Convenient and efficient, wouldn't go anywhere else.

I went in the place and asked for Doug who was the owner of the auto care facility and he had a mechanic to diagnose the problem, and it was determined that it likely was the power steering pump that needed to be replaced. Well, Doug gave me a quote which was more than reasonable against other mechanics/garages in the immediate area. So I brought in the car a day later @8 AM and it turned out to be not the pump, but the power steering pressure line. The car was finished and I am quite happy with their level of professionalism and the services rendered. I recommend this place for your automotive repairs!

The owner Doug was amazing! We came from Michigan and realized both dim headlights were out in our Acadia. I saw the other reviews online were great so I called. He got us in on a busy holiday weekend Friday and the price was unbeatable! We travel this was alot and we will only use them if we are around here. Thank you guys for the fast friendly service and for helping make our trip safe!
