Good work. On time as promised. Reasonable prices

My Dad and I were on a road trip from Oregon to Virginia and when we were driving through Tennessee we noticed that there wasn’t any air coming from the vents. Thankfully we were stopping in Knoxville for the night and we found out that Cedar Bluff auto was just a 6 minute walk from our hotel! My dad brought the car in and in just a few hours they were able to figure out what was wrong, find the part, and replace it! The guys here were helpful and accommodating and got us on our way to Virginia! You guys rock! If I’m ever in Knoxville again and I’m having car troubles, I know where to go!

I have used Cedar Bluff Auto Care for a number of years and they never fail to exceed expectations. Doug knows his product and the customer service is impeccable. On top of that they are very reasonable. If you don't have a mechanic try Cedar Bluff Auto Care and you won't be disappointed.

Professional, timely, and price is extremely fair

Doug and his team are the best! Replaced my entire engine in a timely fashion and price! This will definitely be my go to place for all of my mechanical issues from now on.. Highly recommended

Doug is about customer service! Jiffy Lube told me that my previous oil change (with Doug) damaged my oil pan. Not true!...and Doug gave me a free oil change! Been going to Doug for years...always satisfied.

Cedar Bluff Auto has been servicing and fixing (minor and major issues) with my vehicle for appx. 16 years or more. Doug and his staff can always determine the vehicle issue and resolve it. Doug and his staff are always honest, courteous and professional; they will get the vehicle problem resolved and your vehicle back on the road. Having a great automotive repair center to maintain service and fix problems in a timely and professional manner is fantastic! 5 Stars!!

Doug and his team are great to work with. He runs an honest and fair business which is hard to find in vehicle repair. I would highly recommend his shop for anyone needing vehicle servicing/repairs.

Great place to do business

I had a flat tire and needed a new one to get back to work on time. Doug had a new tire and me in and out in no time, even made it back to work on time.

They were able to get the part needed a lot quicker than expected. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday night after closing and picked it up on a Thursday afternoon. I do have a slight complaint about someone forgetting some used paper towels in the car but they got her up and running and were super friendly and personable about it.
