Always has the time to answer my questions no matter how minor the question is I never feel like I am being a pest or bring talked down too.

Very professional and courteous people

My husband and I both take our vehicles to Cedar Bluff Auto Care. We have found them to be honest, reasonably priced and fast with the repairs. I trust these guys to keep our cars in good working shape. The first time I went in was for a battery change because my car wouldn’t start and I was nearby… got a jump and drove to the closest place. I liked them so much we have since taken our vehicles in for brakes, A/C issues, a transmission leak, and new tires.

They don't charge a fee when you buy a tire to mount and balance it just the price of the tire I think that's great what a bargain

Good work. On time as promised. Reasonable prices

My Dad and I were on a road trip from Oregon to Virginia and when we were driving through Tennessee we noticed that there wasn’t any air coming from the vents. Thankfully we were stopping in Knoxville for the night and we found out that Cedar Bluff auto was just a 6 minute walk from our hotel! My dad brought the car in and in just a few hours they were able to figure out what was wrong, find the part, and replace it! The guys here were helpful and accommodating and got us on our way to Virginia! You guys rock! If I’m ever in Knoxville again and I’m having car troubles, I know where to go!
