My boyfriend and I use them for all our maintenance needs. Patrick and his crew are some of the best in business. They even gave us a discount on their five pack synthetic oil change since we use them so much.

Excellent team here. They replaced a battery, installed headlight bulbs, oil changes, tire rotations and nail puncture patches. My AAA membership gets a discount here too.

From the very first time I walked into the Cedar Bluff location in February, I felt very welcome & valued. The manager, Patrick, along with the rest of his phenomenal team, go above & beyond to ensure the customer experience is a great one, and in their mission to create "forever customers," they do an amazing job. Not only do they get your vehicle in quickly, they are very thorough & do an excellent job of taking the time to show you & explain if something's going on. Repairs are done at a reasonable price, often lower than at other places. I also love the '5-year, 50k mile warranty' that applies to most things. UNHEARD OF in this industry! The peace of mind I've received from here is priceless. Let's face it, the car repair industry is a largely bad news industry (aside from routine maintenance stuff), but feel great in knowing that Service Street's got your back!

They were awesome! I had a bolt in my tire when they were about to close and they told me to bring it in. Super helpful and got me fixed up. Recommend!

Grat team and services

I had a flat tire while traveling on I-40. I called the shop. They said they could work us in right away. They were able to quickly plug the tire and send us back on our way. Friendly and fast service! Highly recommend!

Was in town to visit family. They were able to get the parts needed to repair that day and friendly service.

I was out running errands when I heard a scraping noise from underneath my car. After a quick Google search Service Street was right down the road from where I was so I pulled in. A gentleman came out to look at my car and asked for my keys so he could have his technician look at it. After about 15 minutes, he was able to fix the problem and get me on my way. The staff was so friendly and were kind enough to assist me at no charge. I will definitely consider them for future maintenance needs on my vehicle!

While headed to St Louis to see our grandkids the drivers side wiper blade broke on a rainy day. We stopped at Service Street for help. They replaced the wiper blade at no charge so we could get back on the road. If we lived in Knoxville this would be the auto repair shop we would use. Thanks for great customer service.
