My boyfriend and I were driving to Myrtle Beach from St. Louis for a wedding and right outside of Knoxville, the car started overheating late Friday night. We were able to get it towed to our hotel and in the morning, Cedar Bluff Street Service was able to us in right away and find the problem. They were able to replace the thermostat and radiator cap within just a few hours. They were very nice and helpful, even with us calling a few times to check the status of the car as we had to check out of the hotel. If you are close or far from home, I 100% recommend them!

If I could give this shop 10 stars I would. I have a long review coming. First off, my husband and I are moving from Virginia to Texas. On the second day driving my car broke down on the ramp to the highway. Devastated and worried, I had my car towed to this shop. I had all my items in the back of my car along with my cat Osiris. Upon entry, I was met with Blaine and Vance. Both of which were kind and welcoming. Especially my cat Osiris. They allowed him to check out the space, offering him pets, and then he settled into a seat. Vance and Blaine were incredibly kind and chatted with my husband and me for hours. The gentlemen at the shop very careful took out the boxes in my car and organized them next to the car. (They even put it all back where it was in my car when the job was done!) It turned out that my car needed a new fuel pump, which would take a few days to come in. We got a hotel across the street and waited. Blaine and Vance were amazing about communicating with us regularly, answering my questions, and easing my mind. A few days passed and my fuel pump finally came in. Blaine immediately called us to let us know the time frame. Sadly, once the pump was replaced there were a few more hiccups. Blaine made sure to explain everything to my husband and myself and we decided to stay another night. Around 4pm, Blaine called my husband with the good news! They were able to fix the issue and get my car started. I’m BEYOND grateful for this shop and for all the workers who were diligent, focused, and kind. It was really stressful to be stranded in a state in the middle of a move, but the hospitality and kindness these gentlemen showed made this so much easier. I cannot recommend this shop enough. They are also incredibly knowledgeable!! Seriously, this is the best experience I’ve ever had at a mechanic shop. Thank you guys so so much. They did a great job and were very helpful.

Needed a water pump replaced on my truck, they quoted me a price and it was acceptable. They tried to get it fixed that day, but there was another leak on a metal pipe going into the water pump. They called me about the problem and they couldn't get the part till next day. They quoted me a price for the pipe and I agreed to it. The next day around 4:00 they called and said it was ready. I paid the exact amount they quoted and drove home. I looked at what they did and it was very professional. I'm very pleased with their service.

My boyfriend and I use them for all our maintenance needs. Patrick and his crew are some of the best in business. They even gave us a discount on their five pack synthetic oil change since we use them so much. Edit 1/19/26: my now husband and I still come for all of our service needs. Since this review Patrick has quit, Cody succeeded him as manager and now it's Tyler. All three of them have treated us very well. Recently my Nissan's factory alternator went out after four years, so I ordered one and had a mechanic friend help me put it in trying to save money. My RPMs started to randomly spike along with other wacky things like all of my lights flickering and the dashboard throwing up random warnings. The master tech quickly realized that my supposedly new alternator was producing too much voltage and messing everything up. Tyler educated me on Amazon parts and never will I order electrical online again. They swapped it out and I noticed a difference as soon as I pulled out of their parking lot. I can reliably drive the interstate again without losing speed. My check engine light also turned off the next day. Thank you guys for everything.

my first visit. seemed to be a really fair place to do business. oil change only today. I'll go back for future needs. I don't have many. I drive a 2016 tacoma. only 83k miles. These things don't need repairs.

The dealer had my van for 2 months I explained that i was having trouble with my breaks they returned it saying nothing was wrong. After a minor fender bender I brought it to service street and in minutes they found the problem! They kept it overnight and did the repair Now my van drives great! They even advocated to Fleet on my behalf for the repair because Fleet didn’t want to cough up the cash! So overall great experience.
