Had a hose with a hole burned into it, causing my car to rev up when idled. Mechanic Gage took car of our problem and didn’t charge us for the hose because it wasn’t a right fit. Being two hours away from home, it helped long enough to get it to the dealership. Very thankful for them!

Had a semi-emergency repair on my daughters accessible van, stopped in to see if Service Street could get it in, diagnosis and repair the same day. The team diagnosed my car and just had a feeling it was something more so they did the test and found there was more troubles than meets the eye. Even though I didn't have the repairs done, I'm glad they let me know so I was right back in the shop or stopped on the road.

I recently visited for a walk-in diagnostic, and I was impressed by their honesty and professionalism. Shawn took the time to thoroughly assess the issue without making any assumptions. Even though we could not hear the sound during a thorough drive he still put it up on the lift and made sure to check everything out. Unlike some other places, they didn’t try to upsell unnecessary repairs or take advantage of me as a woman. Shawn brought me out to see the car on the lift and showed me exactly what the problem was. I appreciate their integrity and would highly recommend their services!!

It was fast and the place was very clean. I love that the staff are friendly. As a woman I feel comfortable enough to go there by myself and that’s the best part.
