Fast service and reasonable pricing. Too many places cut corners and add charges, Service Street dd not cut any corners, did not add any charges. They went the extra effort to order two different size parts because the situation made it impossible to know which was in the vehicle. They then just use the correct part and return the other. After 40+ years in Knoxville, this is the most honest auto center I have been to.

Very good place to take your vehicle.

The manager was great, he was kind and made sure to explain everything along the way and made sure to keep me informed of little delays in getting the parts needed. The mechanic who did the work was fast and well done. Definitely will be going back to this location for any future work.

I brought my wife’s suburban in because it was having trouble starting. They got it in right away and quickly determined that is was a bad battery. Since the battery is only a few months old, the recommended that I get it covered under warranty by whoever I bought it from rather than trying to sell me another battery.

Had a hose with a hole burned into it, causing my car to rev up when idled. Mechanic Gage took car of our problem and didn’t charge us for the hose because it wasn’t a right fit. Being two hours away from home, it helped long enough to get it to the dealership. Very thankful for them!
