I took my car in because my tire was low. The salesman came back in a few minutes and told me I was ready to go. Found a screw in my tire. They fixed my tire and didn't charge anything! I was so pleasantly surprised. I always use Service Street but was still surprised!

I had an embarrassing experience when trying to pay for my bill. I had to go fetch cash at my house and come back and they didn't act weird or like I was a fool even though they would've been in the right to do so. Thank you, Service Street, for your tact and professionalism!

Shop and waiting area were clean and very nice! Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They took care of my issues fast and their prices are fair. I would recommend them.

Fast service and reasonable pricing. Too many places cut corners and add charges, Service Street dd not cut any corners, did not add any charges. They went the extra effort to order two different size parts because the situation made it impossible to know which was in the vehicle. They then just use the correct part and return the other. After 40+ years in Knoxville, this is the most honest auto center I have been to.

Very good place to take your vehicle.

The manager was great, he was kind and made sure to explain everything along the way and made sure to keep me informed of little delays in getting the parts needed. The mechanic who did the work was fast and well done. Definitely will be going back to this location for any future work.

Made me feel welcome as soon as I walked in the door. Professional yet customer friendly.

I brought my wife’s suburban in because it was having trouble starting. They got it in right away and quickly determined that is was a bad battery. Since the battery is only a few months old, the recommended that I get it covered under warranty by whoever I bought it from rather than trying to sell me another battery.

Very nice and helpful in explaining my vehicles issues.
