I would like to give some major THANKS to Ralph at Ralph's Automotive for helping me out this morning with my battery issue. I showed up at his shop, unannounced and frustrated with the two other places I had stopped and asked him for help with my battery. Ralph took the time right then to do some research, make a couple of phone calls and get me sent on my way to O'Reilly's for a new battery without further frustration and headache.

Ralphs Automotive fixed our rear differential it drives like new again. He had told us when we brought it in that he might not get all the whining noise fixed but he was able to make it sound just like it is supposed to (very happy customer). He had it fixed when he told us it would be fixed. He charged what he told us it would cost (no extra charges). Was very happy with the service and would use them again.
