I had the best experience here! Everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating. I felt heard and well communicated with. I was not sold anything I did not need and they were very realistic about price and timeline. Great service!!

Nice honest people

Hands down the best garage ever!! The entire staff is amazing and so nice. Our vehicle started overheating while moving and they got us in right away and allowed us to bring our 2 big dogs into the waiting area and gave them water and affection.they wwere so helpful and checked out vehicle for free and then helped us come up with the best solution. They put a used engine in for us that they helped us find and one of their employees Brent even went above and beyond by using his own vehicle to go pick up the engine so it would be there sooner. They gave us a lift to our hotel and picked us up from it the next day and brought us back to the garage. We have lived in NY, AZ, FL and ,VA and this garage is seriously the best one we have ever been to! You can be sure that you will be well taken care of with this garage! They are knowledgeable and so kind!!!! They will take care of you !!!

The facility performed an oil and filter change. It was fast and reasonably priced. All the employees were friendly and helpful.

Needed a new drive belt pulley. I dropped my car off with them the day before I left for vacation (Friday) and they confirmed it was ready for pick up on my way home from vacation (Thursday)Perfect timing. I have used them twice now and they are very friendly! Will continue using them.

Ben was utmost professional. I started to bad talk the mechanics (Prescott, AZ Pep Boys) that we're supposed to get my car road ready for the trip to TN. Ben said he doesn't like to speak negatively about other mechanics and stopped me from doing so. From the time of arrival to leaving was 45 minutes for an oil change. Service was quick, thorough and Ben gave instructions for follow up services when arriving home. Thank you Service Street Auto Repair

Had to come In…due to an unexpected flat tire…Luckily I was across The street at the tractor supply when I seen it (flat tire) my truck is too big for me to change it.. plus with my kid In the car more stressful .. I called and was advised to come and they would take a look at it.. Ms. Angela and a nice young tech greeted me outside immediately and changed my tire Without hesitation ….The most generous service people I’ve dealt with.. thank you for your help!

I had not heard of Service Street auto until yesterday when i was looking for a place to diagnose the problem in my a/c. I brought my truck in and they told me id likely need a new compressor after several tests they performed and they did it all free of charge and sent me on my way with a diagnosis. They didnt try to haggle me for extra money or hidden fees/charges. The next day I brought in my own compressor and they installed it with an ac vacuum and recharge for HALF the cost toyota had quoted me. Real honest good people here who are trying to keep you on the road. NOT trying to empty your wallet. For all my service needs I will only be returning to Service Street.

I just bought a fixer upper and the thermostat went out in the way home. These guys were great. They replaced it and went thru everything else for me. Super fast and excellent work!!

If you don’t love this place, you crazy!

I was told I needed a valve job at another shop. Took it to service street and it was the muffler. They didn't charge me for looking at it. Love the people.
