I was very pleased with the shop. Been using since moved to this area.It was Ralphs auto now renamed under new owner.Same great service still a clean shop and very polite. They offer 5 year 50,000 mile warranty on there repairs. Hope they stay in business it's very hard to find repair shops you can trust. Bill Tateo jr

We were visiting the area from out of town and had car trouble. The staff at Service Street were able to help us get back on the road quickly. They were all super friendly and very helpful. TJ even offered to help me translate banjo! Definitely recommend this company!

Nice place with very friendly staff. Nice new facility with clean restrooms ,coffee and comfortable chairs . Did a great job and can't beat the price. Brent inside was very nice and listened to my crazy stories of deadly animals of South Texas .Ben was very nice and honest . Thanks guys. 😊

I had the best experience here! Everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating. I felt heard and well communicated with. I was not sold anything I did not need and they were very realistic about price and timeline. Great service!!

Nice honest people

Hands down the best garage ever!! The entire staff is amazing and so nice. Our vehicle started overheating while moving and they got us in right away and allowed us to bring our 2 big dogs into the waiting area and gave them water and affection.they wwere so helpful and checked out vehicle for free and then helped us come up with the best solution. They put a used engine in for us that they helped us find and one of their employees Brent even went above and beyond by using his own vehicle to go pick up the engine so it would be there sooner. They gave us a lift to our hotel and picked us up from it the next day and brought us back to the garage. We have lived in NY, AZ, FL and ,VA and this garage is seriously the best one we have ever been to! You can be sure that you will be well taken care of with this garage! They are knowledgeable and so kind!!!! They will take care of you !!!

The facility performed an oil and filter change. It was fast and reasonably priced. All the employees were friendly and helpful.

Customer service was great!

Needed a new drive belt pulley. I dropped my car off with them the day before I left for vacation (Friday) and they confirmed it was ready for pick up on my way home from vacation (Thursday)Perfect timing. I have used them twice now and they are very friendly! Will continue using them.
