Great service and very quick and proficient.

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, but they asked me about rotating my tires, and that was when I remembered that it was a service I'd forgotten about, but desperately needed. They also checked my tires, because I'd had problems with my car displaying low tire pressure. Seems the sensor just needed reset, and so I'm totally satisfied with their service. I had stopped by there a few months ago with a minor issue, that another repair shop wanted to charge me $25 for. When I took it to Service Street, they didn't charge me anything. How can you get better service than that? The office people are friendly and professional, and will answer any questions you have. I won't let anyplace else service my car now, and tell all my friends that this is the place to go!

All the employees were very polite and they finished before they said they would (told me it would be 45-60 min but they did it in 35 min). The waiting room and bathrooms were very clean as well, which is definitely a plus. They were running a deal for a synthetic blend oil change for $20 too so it wasn’t expensive at all! Highly recommend.

We had a water pump replaced in my girl friend's Mitsubishi, the staff was very friendly, at the pick up of the car we were charged more than we were quoted but after a little discussion with senior staff member we ended up paying what we were quoted, so I am very happy about that and so is my girlfriend, we will definitely use their services again. 😉 thank you guys.

All I can say is WOW..my first estimate somewhere else said I had a $4000 turbo replacement job…no one else would even look at it..Service street said “let us take a look at it”..it’s a 900 hose and coil job..I can’t remember the lady’s name behind the desk but she helped me to apply with financing so I didn’t have to wait 3 more weeks to get it fixed..the mechanic took me to my car and showed me the exact what where and why of my issue and was direct and honest..no extra costs, no “let’s try this and see if that works” very direct and honest…and some of the most down to earth people I have ever met..there are not enough words in the English dictionary to express how grateful I am for them..they definitely have a loyal customer and well worth the 30-40 minute drive from my house..

The team was very nice, helpful and walked me and my wife through the various symptoms. They are working with our insurance to make sure we understand the prices and options available. In all, these guys seem to run a great business with the a ton of clarity and integrity. That is refreshing.

I was told by a local shop I needed ball joints urgently. They wanted to charge me $800 for parts and labor. I bought the parts and took my vehicle here to have them installed. They took a look at the vehicle and informed me that the ball joints were not in need of immediate replacement as I was told. And with no charge they sent me on my way. I am super ecstatic about the service I received. Most shops like this you have to be careful about being taking advantage of. I feel like this here is a shop you can really trust. I know where I’ll be taking my vehicle when I need work done for sure. Thank you guys it was a great experience.
