Service being the first word representing this company is very appropriate. If there is anything that I received, it was that from start to finish. Professionalism is the second quality I will taut. I was shown the problem, given the reasons for their assessment and options were given otherwise if I chose. Other aspects of concern were brought up and evaluated on their own merits and nothing was up sold outside of the discussion. Courtesy would be the next quality I will extoll as throughout the process I was kept directly up to date on where things were, and any concerns I had brought up were double checked or re-evaluated with any new information that came up. I never felt like I was not aware of what was happening with my vehicle. I have found my auto repair shop in the Knoxville area.

Service was excellent. Jerry helped me & was a straight shooter. Alignment & tire rotation in about an hour.

Arrived prior to my scheduled appointment time, but was taken in early. My servicing was performed quickly and thoroughly. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only minor squawk I have is, most of the seating in the waiting area are stools that are uncomfortable. Otherwise, great service!!! I will be back!
