It was fast and the place was very clean. I love that the staff are friendly. As a woman I feel comfortable enough to go there by myself and that’s the best part.

I went to this location just because I needed a brake flush and brake caliber. I was in a really tough position. Jay is great man who did everything possible to help me out and it actually left me in tears. Not only that but my car is also working as it should again! I would definitely choose this place again given anything happens in the future

Update: 3rd time here with 2 different vehicles. Consistently exceptional service. I was able to sit and work have a coffee and relax while the work was done.. I don't have any reason to go anywhere else for service any of my vehicles. Super clean super fair super friendly business with terrific service. Looking forward to coming back.

My A/C needed servicing and charging. Brent took excellent care and provided an understandable explanation for all my other questions. Engaged and wiilling to be there for the life of the car. I have complete trust and now a "home garage" to rely on.

I bought a 2010 Santa Fe with 170k miles from a local dealer. After the purchase, my main goal was to get the car thoroughly inspected and fixed if there was underlying issues that could not be seen. Boy, was there underlying issues! The entire front suspension was rusted from being a coastal vehicle. Service Street helped immensely by not double charging for labor when the old front suspension was already disassembled. They were sympathic to my situation and the high cost of replacement parts and found a way to help me shoulder the cost burden. The vehicle underneath has been pretty much rebuilt from new struts, passenger axle, tie rods, etc etc. The car suspension is now rock solid when driving!

They run an exceptional & very respectable business. Had a flat tire today and the manager helped me out greatly with a brand new tire. Would definitely recommend them to anybody for tires, or any mechanical services that are needed. Will definitely do business with them again

I had a very positive experience. A manager sent me updates while my car was being repaired. This is a highly professional company.

Jay was amazing. He told me about products and services without selling them, he advised me when I need to come back and have different filters and things taken care of. I really appreciated the way I was treated!!!!! Also special shout out to Brent, the tech. You guys rock!!!!!

Great customer service

We came across this place through Google & decided to make an appointment for my '17 Ford Explorer. The a/c had been out since end of last year & it was finally time to get it fixed since it was starting to get hot out. I dropped it off at 7 45 am, an hr earlier than my appointment (9 am) with no issue & within 45 min they had called to tell me there was a leak & what they would have to do & pricing. An hr later they called to tell me I would actually need a whole new compressor & the pricing. Gave them the go ahead to do it. Their local parts dealer had the compressor available & my vehicle was fixed by 3 pm. Could I possibly have found somewhere cheaper? Maybe. BUT the professionalism, effectiveness, & kindness I received from the men at this place was definitely something that spoke volumes. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend them. Finally have a/c again. Thank you guys!
