If I could give this place a million starts I would! My son had an axel problem and not only did they go above and beyond for him but they treated him with the upmost respect and kindness. They were so helpful and were able to fix the problem. Any other place would have taken advantage of a 17 y/o but they did not. We went to the Halls location. We were referred by a friend who uses them for all his cars and I see why! Thank you Jay and the rest of the crew for being so wonderful to Caleb and his Infinity ❤️

I let Jay know what work i needed to have done on my car before getting tires. They checked out my car, recommended the work to be done, and gave me options. They kept me updated as the work was being completed. Was very satisfied with the finished job.

I have never had a bad experience at this location! The guys have always been up front, thorough, personable, and provided excellent work with repairs! I will continue to use their service, and share my experience with others!

Prompt, friendly personal, worked around my schedule. Professional staff. Good techs that know how to on lots of different types of vehicles. Mine is a Range Rover and they still have the knowledge of how to work on it. Not everyone does.

Had some noises coming from the car and we were burnt out on working on it ourselves. Called around and was quoted upwards of $50 from multiple places just to get an inspection - service street offered a front to back inspection at no charge with no obligations. I forget the names of the 2 guys that were there because I am awful with names but they did introduce their selves and were polite and friendly! They listened to me mimic the sound my car was making with straight faces even. 😂 Within no time we were given a detailed estimate, and the car was fixed that very same day. No pushiness, no surprises, and I never felt like they were dishonest about anything to do with the car. 100% recommend this place.

The gentleman I worked with at Service Street was very professional and answered all my questions. I wasn't talked down to nor oversold on services I didn't need. They did a full vehicle check with a break job, alignment, and oil change. But they told me my plugs, air filter, and transmission all looked great. Only changed the fluids I needed and let me know how much longer I probably have on the rest. It was a great experience. The cost was also very fair and they got my car in and out in under 4 hours.

Always friendly and helpful. Don’t try to push repairs on you. Just honest with you and respect your decision in suggested repairs.

Very nice people! Didn’t try to push added service on me while changing my oil. Took car back on appt time and was returned to me in 30 minutes. Best service I’ve ever had.

Did a great job and cleaned ac filter just because it needed it...no additional cost.
