Excellent experience-will return. First Choice Automotive kept me informed throughout the day and met their initial estimates. I was unable to make an appointment, so I called ahead and spoke with David. He was friendly and warned that there were likely closer mechanics, but I had reviewed my local list and was fine driving the extra distance. I dropped the vehicle off, and they scheduled my ride home. They updated me midday, and I picked up my car late afternoon. Easy.

I came to Knoxville to visit family. I did not get around to changing my oil. my daughter gave me a coupon that this place had sent. I cannot say enough good things about the young man I dealt with. The encounter reminded me of how most business employees treated customers back in the 60s and 70s. The service itself was very prompt. I was highly impressed and can strongly recommend that you patronize this place.

First time there for an oil change and rotation. Great service and super fast! I think I stayed in the waiting room for 15-20 minutes. Matt was RAD! no need for a rotation and he went over everything I would need to do in the future. The Tech was cool too and very professional. I’ll definitely be back. They will also price match!✊️😎
