Top notch neighborhood mechanic. I walked in 20 minutes before they closed on a Friday and asked for a last minute service for a weekend road trip. Not only did they perform the service at a reasonable rate but were happy to. I guess I’ve found my go to shop. These guys are great.

I've been going here for the last several years for oil changes, tire rotations, etc., and have always been happy enough. But this time it seemed everything was exceptionally clean, and even more attention had been given to making the entire area warm and welcoming. The customer service was also exceptional, especially Destiny -- she was a jewel! This location (Northshore Drive) is super handy to where I live, so it's awesome to have a place that treats you incredibly well that you can trust within 5 minutes of where you live!

Britney the manager is great. Always kind courteous and very knowledgeable about automotive repair. Wayne is great too, getting me the best deal possible to keep the cost of the repair affordable. Needed some work done on my courier car for work and was able to get it done in just a few hours . Very convenient to be able to get the work done on a Saturday.

I've been taking my vehicles to Service Street, Northshore for six and a half years. From the first visit I have felt valued, respected, and treated more than fair. It is nice to visit a business that is more than a business. Service Street Northshore gets to know their customers. I'm greeted by name when I arrive, they ask how my family is and what they are up to, and will call to check in and see if there is how the vehicles are doing. I also feel secure when my teenage daughter takes the vehicles to the shop, knowing they are going look out for her and treat her right. Service Street Northshore has earned my respect and trust. Why would I want to go else where.

We started using First Choice a couple of days after we moved to Knoxville a couple of years back. After that first visit, we were completely sold. The location, service, personnel and price have been great. We haven't even thought about going anywhere else.
