Had a braking problem where the dealer immediately wanted to replace a part and with labor charge nearly $3,000. These guys spent hours diagnosing, inspecting and test driving. Problem was cleared up for under $200

My son had a flat tire and drive it to their parking lot on a Sunday. We had AAA come out and change to the spare and just left the car there until Monday. Anna was very professional and helpful. They were able to repair the tire free of charge and we got an alignment and rotation. Highly recommend First Choice Auto!

Edward and Anne both were professional and kind to me, letting me know what was happening to my car at any time of the day. Billy was the mechanic who worked on my car he was up front about what was happening and would let me know if there was anything else that would have to be replaced. All of the staff at the northshore location was respectful and friendly to their costumers.

I have been a customer here since this shop on North shore opened. Ann was so welcoming and made me feel comfortable when dropping off my car. She also quoted me for tires without pressuring to buy now. It made me feel respected. I had a bit so great experience with a previous manager where I did feel pressure and I changed locations. Just so happened that the owner was there and he gave me a great deal as an apology for that previous experience. I’m a customer that gives second chances as long as the vendor makes things right. I’m glad I did because my car runs great and I have a great experience with first choice auto.

I have found my new go to place. First choice doesn’t take in a ton of cars and try to push you out the door with a band-aid. First choice really went above and beyond. They diagnosed what was causing a leak in my car, and they took great care of my vehicle. They also put my belongings in a box, instead of throwing my throwing my stuff all over the place. Thank you!

I am SO EXCITED Anne has join First Choice auto!!! I took my Lexus there for the first time a few weeks ago and did a major service on my car. It was thousands less than the dealership and the package of oil changes is the best value out there. I’ve been with Anne for years at another dealership and she was 150% the reason I kept buying the vehicles. The service she provided me was absolutely stellar; she truly understands luxury service. She provides the absolute best service from any dealership or auto garage I’ve ever been to. As a truly satisfied customer after many years- bring your vehicle to her.
