First Choice Automotive (Northshore) took the time to understand the issue based on my description, performed the necessary diagnostics, discussed the issues found and options with me, performed the work in a stellar fashion, and kept me informed throughout the process. Prior to using First Choice Automotive, I had used another establishment which claimed to have fixed the problem but it turned out to be unsuccessful. The knowledgeable and professional staff at First Choice Automotive (Northshore) gained my trust and ensured some of my business for automotive needs.

Great quality work, made me feel at home

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Prices are great too. This is where I will take my vehicles for oil changes and maintenance from now on.

I just have to say this team really went above and beyond the call of duty when they worked on my car these past couple of days. The entire team was professional and actually cared. Special mention goes to the main man MIKE who worked tirelessly to make sure I got to drive my car safely again. The service coordinators did a hands down solid job keeping me updated during the entire process. Hey Nathan, I heard you’re the regional manager; give these guys a raise next time you see them yeah? My first visit. I called and got right in. They really seem to care about you. Pricing great and they tell you everything they need to do and show you what's wrong and what they did.They dont try to RIP you off. I'll be giving First Choice Automotive all my Auto work.

We have been blown away by the quality of the service we’ve received over the course of two years. One time we needed our car for a long trip the next day. Their team worked late and delivered the car to our home in the pouring rain! Another time a manager gave us great advice about checking with the dealer about potential engine defects. When we asked that question to the dealer, the dealer offered to replace our engine. We would have never known about that had the First Choice manager not suggested it. When we go to First Choice, we feel like they are consulting us instead of trying to sell us something. We appreciate their friendly and helpful attitude. This is the best auto repair shop we’ve ever encountered.

Oil leak diagnostic

I used First Choice for brake service. I didn’t have time to wait so they took me to my house. They were very professional and courteous. Very competitive pricing. When my service was complete, they came back to pick me up very promptly. I would recommend using First Choice for your service needs.

I walked in on a weekend evening needing a patched tire. I expected to leave my tire until at least the next day for the fix, but the team was able to get the job done within 30 minutes. Will be back for other repairs!

Great service, fair prices, friendly staff, dependable and responsible mechanics, I brought my car in because she was making a terrible noise when I would back up. After just a little while of waiting they told me that my wheel hub was screwed and it’s dangerous to drive, the guy at the front offered for me to leave it there while I figure out what what the next step is as my funds were low and a hub replacement is expensive. After talking a while the guy at the front, (he was probably the owner or manager) even offered to do the repairs himself in order to cut me a break on the cost of labor. Anywho, I was very pleased with the service I received, they have a nice little waiting room and I would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone who is having car issues. Thanks guys! Also the lady at the front was such a sweetheart. Blessings!!
