I found out a lot of things about my truck, and with the report at end for the reassurance that everything was done correctly was amazing, best place I could ever go to will definitely be back for future maintenance.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here! I came in from out of town and spoke with Mr. Jim who got me into an appointment quickly and with cheer. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I give an A+ for the service and the work done on my car. I live in Chattanooga, but I’m super tempted to make them my go-to spot!

Thank you Northshore location for fixing the plastic dragging part under my daughters car for FREE! We are getting ready to go out of town and now don't have to worry about her driving the car. That was awesome of you all!! :)

Top notch neighborhood mechanic. I walked in 20 minutes before they closed on a Friday and asked for a last minute service for a weekend road trip. Not only did they perform the service at a reasonable rate but were happy to. I guess I’ve found my go to shop. These guys are great.

Overall great experience -- great communication, explanations, alternatives, clear info on pricing before work was completed. And I love their use of text for sending the overall report to you... and emailing the detailed invoice.

I've been going here for the last several years for oil changes, tire rotations, etc., and have always been happy enough. But this time it seemed everything was exceptionally clean, and even more attention had been given to making the entire area warm and welcoming. The customer service was also exceptional, especially Destiny -- she was a jewel! This location (Northshore Drive) is super handy to where I live, so it's awesome to have a place that treats you incredibly well that you can trust within 5 minutes of where you live!
