My daughter and her boyfriend were on a road trip Saturday afternoon 700 + miles from home with an issue in pouring rain after numerous places saying to busy they had her come right down checked out everything for about an hour finding the new front right tire was separating/blistering then sent her to the tire shop it was warranteed from . Mike the mechanic and Angela told them to enjoy their vacation No Charge !!! It’s not often theses days to find a good and honest place! Thanks for all you have done I wish we had a company like this!!

i cannot recommend them enough. they were straightforward, charged me fairly, and showed me exactly what I needed to do and where the issue was with my truck. ladies, especially, i recommend coming to first choice with your car problems or maintenance, because Rick will make sure you get exactly what you need!!

Seriously THE best place to bring your vehicle. Our car broke down as we were in the middle of moving out of state. They took us in immediately, on a Saturday, on Father’s Day weekend, and had ordered the parts and fixed it within a few hours. Not to mention they gave us updates on how it was looking, showed us what broke, and gave us coffee. I’ve never been more grateful to a business for being so unbelievably helpful and kind. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I was visiting with my boyfriend and when I went to leave my truck wouldn't start. Thanks to these people I was back on the road in 3 days because a part had to be ordered and programmed to my truck. I go there again if I have a problem in that area of Tennessee again.

This is hands down the best experience I’ve ever had with vehicle maintenance. They are so kind and helpful. They walked me through everything, worked with me on the financial aspect, told me exactly what was an issue now and what could wait. I will never take my vehicles anywhere else!

My car broke down right after my engine light came on, and I took it in on a Saturday morning. They were personable and courteous, found the issue within about 30 minutes, and my car was a spring chicken by early afternoon. I hopefully won’t need to return soon, but there’s a reason they’re called First Choice!
