NO CHARGE to fix the mess I made! My taillight bulb was blown and I normally fix this kind of thing myself. When I tried to remove the old bulb it broke leaving the base of the bulb in pieces while still in the casing. After my arrival First Choice immediately pulled my car into the garage, fixed the problem, supplied the bulb and didn't charge me a cent for the repair or bulb.

I tried First Choice, because I am new to the area and they sent me a flyer in the mail. I need to find a shop I can trust, like I had in Michigan. They offered a 18 point inspection for FREE. I wanted to status a new to me car I bought, and start a routine maintenance program with a local shop. They could have told me I needed a bunch of stuff that I didn't need, but they didn't. Two other customers that I met in the waiting room spoke highly of this shop. One of them was prepared to pay for a several hundred dollar repair, and they told him he only had a lose wire, no charge! That is an honest shop! It's a clean, professionally run shop. They earned my future business! Thanks Brent and First Choice team!

They told me what was wrong with my car and also looked at other things I didn’t ask them to and they went to detail about what the procedure would be and how all the costs added up.

The check engine light came on while I was traveling. The folks here were kind enough to fit me in on a Friday afternoon so I could continue on my trip and they were all very professional.

I was about to leave for a 8-hour trip and needed the front brakes replaced. They did it just in time for me to leave with less than 2 hours from start to finish. I paid for the convenience, but it got me there and back on the trip. The team was helpful and professional.

Fully professional service from these experts. I was very impressed with the knowledge they displayed and the attention to detail the team displayed at every step. The shop clearly adheres to professional best practices from top to bottom. The space is clean, organized; you'd think they were serving food (well, there is coffee in the waiting area, and Tootsie Pops on the counter) I heartily recommend this shop. Exemplary!

My daughter and her boyfriend were on a road trip Saturday afternoon 700 + miles from home with an issue in pouring rain after numerous places saying to busy they had her come right down checked out everything for about an hour finding the new front right tire was separating/blistering then sent her to the tire shop it was warranteed from . Mike the mechanic and Angela told them to enjoy their vacation No Charge !!! It’s not often theses days to find a good and honest place! Thanks for all you have done I wish we had a company like this!!
