First choice stood behind an issue I had with an air conditioning hose. Found the root cause of the problem and they were very fair in the treatment of me in pricing

Excellent service!!! I woke up to a huge nail in my tire on a Monday morning. This was my first experience with First Choice Automotive. They were advertised as opening at 7. I arrived at 7am with no appointment. They were able check out my car and repair the tire. The gentleman even aired up the other 3 tires. I was super impressed and will definitely be back!!

I stopped in while I was in town for a visit and had my engine cover dragging under my car. Robert was extremely helpful and took care of the issue quickly and didn’t even charge me for the fix. I couldn’t recommend their services and any higher.

Very well done

I had plugged my tire up myself after running over a nail and brought it in to make sure it was done correctly. They verified it was good to go and checked my maintenance required light for free, sent me on my way. Grateful for shops that shoot your straight don’t try to sell you things you don’t need.

Very nice Made repair quickly

While my family and I were traveling through Tennessee, going back to Virginia, the check engine light of our van started blinking. When we searched on our phone what that meant, we found out that a blinking check engine light is an urgent issue. So we started searching for the nearest repair shop that was still open. This was around 5:30 PM when most shops are closed or closing. We found First Choice in South Northshore in Knoxville, and we are just very thankful to the staff in this place, especially Brittney, Mike and Brandon for going above and beyond to make sure our van is fixed and we can continue on our travel. Mind you, they were about to close and but they stayed behind to diagnose the issue and get our vehicle fixed and in good condition to be back on the road. They are very helpful and they did not take advantage of the situation to charge more. I highly recommend this place!

The staff were really nice and got me in and out in a timely fashion. They were very thorough when they inspected my car. They showed me exactly what repairs my car needed and gave me a fair estimate. I’ll definitely be back.

Did an excellent job

Here In Tennessee on vacation from Florida and my Clutch in my car stuck to the floor… I called all around to shops in the Gatlinburg area and even the Ford Dealership was booked until at least next week… I called First Choice Auto and from the minute the phone was answered, I had hope. The woman on the phone was so professional and there where able to fit me in ASAP! I limped my car the hour drive to Knoxville and shortly after I arrived, my car was in the shop and on the lift and diagnosed! Clutch hydraulic line blew, easy fix, but they couldn’t find the part that I needed anywhere but the Ford Dealership and it would have taken 4 days. I had lost all hope and thought I was going to have to limp my car all the way back to Florida and skip the rest of my vacation, but after a few more minutes, the mechanic did some investigating and found out that he could use Hydraulic brake hose and unions to make a new hose for me. It took a while, and the Receptionist even apologized for the wait! I can’t thank these Guys enough, saved our vacation!!

Friendly people estimate

I have an 86 saab 900 turbo. They diagnosed the issues and spent 2 days sourcing parts, which were not to be found. I appreciate their hard work! Will definitely take any car here! Professional, courteous and I give them 5 stars all around!

They were very helpful, kind and professional. They explained everything that my car needed and didn’t pressure me into doing the repairs right then.

Will definitely use First Choice again! I called about availability for an oil change and they said I could come straight in. They did a thorough work up on my car and also found that the air filters desperately needed replacing. Actually brought them in for me to see which I really appreciated. It took a bit longer than I expected but, overall, I prefer quality over being quick. Brittany was fantastic! Very helpful and knowledgeable. Great customer service!

First choice auto has a great customer support team. The staff was courteous, friendly and competent. What stood out to me the most was the staffs honesty and integrity. I would recommend first choice auto to both friends and relatives.
