easy access. work done when promised. good communication

Very friendly staff. Kept me up to date on when they would have my repairs finished. Worked with warranty company to cover the charges.

I have taken my car to Carmax 4 times because the air kept going out. Once again it started going out. This time they sent me to First Choice. Thank god they did because it’s FINALLY fixed!!

My truck literally went haywire across the street from these folks. I swung in not knowing anything about it and never using them. They diagnosed my issue and actually found a couple of problems that they knew had been “fixed” by someone else that was causing my issue. They went above and beyond to, free of charge, fix the other folks’ mistakes along with fixing the issue that these other problems caused. The communication was constant and they kept me in the loop with everything that was going on during my service. I have been looking for a “local guy” to take care of my vehicles and have bounced around from place to place. I am hoping (and really believe) that I have found my local spot. Highly recommend.

They were great! Very attentive, talked to me about the inspection, future service that will be needed, etc I will definitely be back!

Friendly people who do an amazing job! This is the only place I take my car to now for oil changes. Their package for 5 oils changes is worth it. Brandon is absolutely amazing! A truly honest man who cares about the customer first!

First choice stood behind an issue I had with an air conditioning hose. Found the root cause of the problem and they were very fair in the treatment of me in pricing

Excellent service!!! I woke up to a huge nail in my tire on a Monday morning. This was my first experience with First Choice Automotive. They were advertised as opening at 7. I arrived at 7am with no appointment. They were able check out my car and repair the tire. The gentleman even aired up the other 3 tires. I was super impressed and will definitely be back!!

I stopped in while I was in town for a visit and had my engine cover dragging under my car. Robert was extremely helpful and took care of the issue quickly and didn’t even charge me for the fix. I couldn’t recommend their services and any higher.

Very well done

I had plugged my tire up myself after running over a nail and brought it in to make sure it was done correctly. They verified it was good to go and checked my maintenance required light for free, sent me on my way. Grateful for shops that shoot your straight don’t try to sell you things you don’t need.
