Took my car in for oil change and tire rotation. They showed me some wear on tires meaning tires needed replaced and an alignment done. They recommended not rotating the tired. They could've rotated them and charged me and I'd been none the wiser. They were very honest and professional. Pointed out a couple more items. Did not pressure me into anything.

The service was done quickly, within almost 24 hours from drop off. I had ac blowing cold the next day!

Yet another great visit. Why would you use a quick oil change place that will charge 2-3 times for the same service? Love this place. Thank you.

They checked and adjusted my back drum brakes. Very nice folks. It was a short visit and due to the minimal time involved they were kind enough to say "no charge" upon completion. I never had stopped there before but I plan on taking my cars there in the future!

Professional and fair

I was in a pickle today with a flat on my trailer and no spare to help me moved on. I was in a bind and stopped there to find help. They did not have the machine to take my smaller tire off the rim but these people were very helpful to guide me where I could find what I needed. they tried to fix it outright but it was shot because i had driven too long on a flat. They removed the tire for me to take somewhere to find an identical one and they put it on when I returned. They allowed me to leave the trailer there while I went to find a replacement. They were extremely helpful, kind and gracious and I want to salute them. Thank you so much for everything. Props to all of you. I thought how my daughter would have dealt with the situation I was in and feel like these people would have been so supportive. There are still good people in this world.

Had a great experience with the Northshore location. I had a screw in my tire, they were able to patch it up for me in no time. I would definitely recommend Service Street!

What a great experience at this business. I was able to walk in without appointment and have my maintenance started within 10 minutes. The entire staff were extremely friendly and professional. You do not have to worry about being upsold on things you do not need ,highly recommended.

A/C stopped working on Infiniti QX60. The technician found that electrical connections were extremely loose on AC compressor. This was likely due to poor service on recent, 1 month ago, alternator replacement (A/C compressor is on the way to remove altetnator) at the PepBoys shop. Service Street shop performed problem detection honestly, resulting in relatively inexpensive fix. In addition, front desk is welcoming, listening and polite. The bottom line, we may trust people here and will not hesistste to drop our cars when needed.

Dani was very helpful with explaining what was wrong with our vehicle! Everyone there was very nice and helpful! Total life saver! 5/5 will definitely come here again if need be!

Fast, personable and fairly priced.

All the staff was very polite and knowledgeable. I had a wonderful experience. All repairs were completed in the time frame quoted. Definitely my favorite place for car repairs and oil changes.
