We were from out of town and Brittany and Destiny were incredibly helpful in getting our car A/C up and running during 90+ degree weather. They went the extra mile and got us to another of their stores that had the technology that would work with our car. Jason at the Kingston Pike location was very professional, friendly and quick and I highly recommend Service Street for your auto service needs. Very impressive.

My lifeline aka my Car unexpectedly got rock damage to my a/c condenser. Took her in asap and as busy as they were, squeezed me in and gave me a diagnosis. They were very helpful and took care of me at such short notice. Hopefully my vehicle will be back to top performance again soon.

I had to replace to wheel bearings and a axle and they got it done in a day thank you so much all employees involved<3

Was on long cross country drive when tire vibration issue popped up. As I was passing through Knoxville Stopped at Service Street Auto repair and dealt with Brittany.. They got me right in and found my issue. The pricing was very fair . Was back on the road quickly. Awesome shop and excellent customer service. Would highly recommend this shop.

Incredible service and a super group of patrons! Had a basic oil change and it was fast and efficient. Scott was a great service-tech. As a side note, I loved chatting with the customers in the waiting area. What an incredible and colorful group, ranging from the old-timer pool player to the retired Miami PD homicide detective. What a morning!

Had a sensor on a tired going off not only did they fix it fast they didn’t charge me. I found them extremely honest and easy to work with.

Took my car in for oil change and tire rotation. They showed me some wear on tires meaning tires needed replaced and an alignment done. They recommended not rotating the tired. They could've rotated them and charged me and I'd been none the wiser. They were very honest and professional. Pointed out a couple more items. Did not pressure me into anything.

The service was done quickly, within almost 24 hours from drop off. I had ac blowing cold the next day!

Yet another great visit. Why would you use a quick oil change place that will charge 2-3 times for the same service? Love this place. Thank you.
