Stopped by on a whim for an oil change. Pleasantly surprised. Well staffed. Fast and friendly service. Knowledgeable and thorough advice on maintenance and repairs of an older vehicle. Glad I found them. Will return.

Great location, friendly staff but best of all, an amazing technician who diagnosed car’s problem, fixed it on site and no charge. Knowledge and experience are the best and that is what counts. Will definitely recommend Service Street and return there for standard maintenance.

This place is great! I went to the northshore location and everything was fantastic! The employees were extremely nice, the service was quick and well done, the building was very neat and clean, and they suggested helpful repairs my car might need (without trying to push me to have them done right then) even though I was only getting an oil change. Five stars for sure!

We were from out of town and Brittany and Destiny were incredibly helpful in getting our car A/C up and running during 90+ degree weather. They went the extra mile and got us to another of their stores that had the technology that would work with our car. Jason at the Kingston Pike location was very professional, friendly and quick and I highly recommend Service Street for your auto service needs. Very impressive.

My lifeline aka my Car unexpectedly got rock damage to my a/c condenser. Took her in asap and as busy as they were, squeezed me in and gave me a diagnosis. They were very helpful and took care of me at such short notice. Hopefully my vehicle will be back to top performance again soon.

I had to replace to wheel bearings and a axle and they got it done in a day thank you so much all employees involved<3
