They took care of my steering problem. My car is a hybrid with electric assist steering ands lots of complicated electronics. Their tech was very thorough and the Manager, Jeff, kept me posted on the progress of the repairs. Car was returned clean. Great experience! Also giving a shout out to CarMax. State Street is an authorized repair center and the work was done under the Maxcare policy. No deductible.

This shop was wonderful. The hospitality and service was unlike I’ve had anywhere else. I stopped in because I was in town on vacation having car troubles. They were more than helpful and waived my diagnostic fee even though I did not have them fix my repair. If you’re out of town and need reliable, trusted service there your repair shop!

I cannot say enough great things about this place. Brittany, Jeff, and the service guys, THANK YOU! It's so great to have a neighborhood service shop that does everything. No need to make appointments, they are there from 7 am to 7 pm Monday through Saturday. Most importantly to me is their kindness, smiling faces and helpful attitudes. They genuinely appreciate their customers and it shows!

They did a great job of informing me of issues with my oil change and upcoming manufacturer recommended service schedules. Much better than going to Jiffy Lube or those other quick oil change places.

The people working are beyond knowledgeable. They are very friendly and always willing to help.

My husband and I have taken our vehicles here for various reasons and have always had excellent service. They have always been able to work us in same day if needed and communication is impeccable. Just recently our blinker had gone out twice within a month of each other and BOTH times we pulled in, no appointment, and they fixed it right there for us, no charge, no questions, no hassle or fuss. They just took care of their customer! Greatly appreciate this awesome team!

Efficiently identified the problems with my vehicle, and even though I ended up junking it (I needed an upgrade anyway) they would've been able to get me driving again that day anyways. Appreciate the help.

Used them for our CarMax warranty work cause CarMax itself was “too busy” and couldn’t get to use. Prefer Thai place over them. Had next date appt and kept me informed whole time. Them honoring their warranty helped us tremendously and I’ll use them again..
