Brought car in for alignment check due to uneven wear on recently new tires. Staff was curtious, professional, and efficient. Check revealed suspension system was all good and only needed an alignment. Alignment was done right then and completed quickly. I will absolutely be coming back for any work needed in the future.

Went to get a old Corolla looked at that I just bought. They knew the problem within 5 minutes and gave me a quote for it. Answered my initial call right away. Amazing customer service. Will be back in the future for any of my car needs.

Gene was friendly and helpful. I had previously went to a different location that was closer to me and they wouldn’t even run a simple code diagnostic without being paid almost 200$ first. This location was helpful and informative and wasnt just try to get money out of me. I will be returning to this location for future repairs.

They took care of my steering problem. My car is a hybrid with electric assist steering ands lots of complicated electronics. Their tech was very thorough and the Manager, Jeff, kept me posted on the progress of the repairs. Car was returned clean. Great experience! Also giving a shout out to CarMax. State Street is an authorized repair center and the work was done under the Maxcare policy. No deductible.

This shop was wonderful. The hospitality and service was unlike I’ve had anywhere else. I stopped in because I was in town on vacation having car troubles. They were more than helpful and waived my diagnostic fee even though I did not have them fix my repair. If you’re out of town and need reliable, trusted service there your repair shop!

I cannot say enough great things about this place. Brittany, Jeff, and the service guys, THANK YOU! It's so great to have a neighborhood service shop that does everything. No need to make appointments, they are there from 7 am to 7 pm Monday through Saturday. Most importantly to me is their kindness, smiling faces and helpful attitudes. They genuinely appreciate their customers and it shows!

Wow!! what a great experienced team just did service with amazing prices Traves is very helpful and knowledgeable. Really good people just got the oil change in and out quick.
