I recently took my car to Service Street Auto for a warranty repair under my CarMax MaxCare plan, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. As soon as I arrived, they quickly identified that my issue was covered under warranty and immediately reached out to CarMax for approval and payment. The process was smooth and hassle-free. While my car was in the shop, I also had my brakes replaced. Initially, I noticed some noise afterward, but the manager and staff were incredibly helpful in addressing the issue and making sure everything was corrected. Their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction truly stood out. One of the best parts about this shop is the convenience – they offer Uber/Lyft rides to and from your location while your car is being serviced, which made the whole process even easier. The customer service here is 10/10, and I highly recommend Service Street Auto for anyone in need of reliable auto repairs. I’ll definitely be returning in the future! Tany B on YouTube

They diagnosed my car issue quickly,honest,efficient and prompt service.staff was very friendly,I was very stitisfied with outcome.

I am so appreciative Dante, Alberto, and the crew for helping me when I desperately needed it. I brought my Honda with an engine oil problem and they did everything and very quickly and I cannot thank them enough !

They were amazing! I took my car I'm for transmission issues. They informed me it would be a $4100 replacement and instead of pushing me to do it They were very honest and told me it wasn't worth it. The manager Kevin offered to check out the used cars I brought him roll the cost of my last visit over. Very honest made me feel like the really cared about my situation! 5/5 I'll tell everyone I know about these guys.

I called up service Street at 8 o’clock they got me in right away! They did a diagnostic on my car because my check engine light was on It was a little pricey 189 , but they were very thorough. Turns out I just needed some maintenance done for my car and I didn’t need my catalytic converter completely replaced. The owner I think his name was Jake actually did some research and found that there’s a warranty for the catalytic converter with ford and I was still within that warranty and said if there’s any other issues, I could take it up to Ford and it should be covered. They were very helpful, very kind, and very honest. The labor was expensive compared to other shops I’ve been to in the past, but they did good quality work and I definitely think it was worth it. I definitely think you were paying for good quality work here I also do think that they are not jerking you trying to pressure you into getting more things done that are necessary. It seems like they were consistently with every customer coming through the door, trying to work with them.
