Had a great experience. Received a coupon for a free oil change. They checked my car too, and did not attempt to convince me that I needed something that would cost hundreds of dollars. When I went to to a previous car shop, they told me I would need to replace parts of my car as soon as possible. I did half at the time for about $300. I told the manager (I'm assuming) at Service Street about my pending repairs when I came in today. They went ahead and checked on that and told me it was fine and needed no repairs. So basically, the other place was a scam and I will be coming here exclusively due to Service Street's honesty and service quality. The owner was friendly and did not try to take advantage of my money as a woman. Note: I came in with my dad at the previous scam shop, and they still scammed us. Great experience. Was in and out quickly. 5 Stars.

I had a free oil change coupon and decided to try out this new facility. Jace the manager was very kind and informative. I didn't feel like they tried to upsell or pressure me on something I didn't need. I was in and out of there in less than 45 minutes as promised. I will definitely be going back. Thank you!

repair process was easy from start to finish--they did a great job. always nice to have a shop you can trust, depend on.

My problem was diagnosed quickly and explained to me in detail. A part had to be special ordered. As soon as it came in they called to set up an appoinment th install it. The repair is complete and I am extremely satisfied.
