I am often pessimistic and feel lied to when speaking with car maintenance and repair places. I think this is why I was so impressed. At Service Street, they actually had reasoning and could articulate the issues with my car clearly to me and did not try to oversell me with additional maintenance items that were not needed at this time. Thank you Service Street!!

This place is great! I had a particularly frustrating issue with the brakes in my car, but they stuck to the grind and fixed it. They provided timely updates regarding their progress, and when the car was ready they even delivered it to my address. I would highly recommend this place to anyone for car work. Special shout-out to Jessie for the awesome customer service.

My car broke down today. Jessie was super helpful. The root cause of the issue was quickly identified and fixed at fair cost (you know what some shops might do to you if your car got towed to the shop, right?). I was even provided complimentary Lyft rides so I didn't have to wait at the shop. I strongly recommend Service Street Auto Repair - Norcross!

My experience was phenomenal, I have a 2009 E350 and it had a whole lot of problems, mostly stemming from needing a tuneup. I felt so unsafe, they offered to tow it for free, hindsight...I should have let them!!! I was so scared driving that car to the shop I was shaking when I got there, me and the car! $1700 later (which is half the price Mercedes would have charged) I feel so safe in this car and she is purring like a kitten! Thank you Chuck, Eric and anyone else who made my baby feel good again!

Was pleased with the work .I've been there 3 times. Had oil changes each time. Not salesy people. Seem to be straight up with what's going on.

Went in for routine oil change and tire check/rotation. Friendly staff and fast service!
