Super friendly staff, went in to get my oil changed and also found out I needed new brake pads. They topped off all my fluids and rotated my tires, will definitely be back here.

I am often pessimistic and feel lied to when speaking with car maintenance and repair places. I think this is why I was so impressed. At Service Street, they actually had reasoning and could articulate the issues with my car clearly to me and did not try to oversell me with additional maintenance items that were not needed at this time. This place is great! I had a particularly frustrating issue with the brakes in my car, but they stuck to the grind and fixed it. They provided timely updates regarding their progress, and when the car was ready they even delivered it to my address. I would highly recommend this place to anyone for car work. Special shout-out to Jessie for the awesome customer service.

My car broke down today. Jessie was super helpful. The root cause of the issue was quickly identified and fixed at fair cost (you know what some shops might do to you if your car got towed to the shop, right?). I was even provided complimentary Lyft rides so I didn't have to wait at the shop. I strongly recommend Service Street Auto Repair - Norcross!
