I loved the service that I received at this location. I tried the Marietta location and I felt like there was a lot of conversation about upselling me on different oil change packages while at the same time receiving quotes from two different people for brakes that were extranomical for my foreign vehicle. Not only was this location understanding of my needs and budget wise, but he was nice enough to show me on my vehicle why I needed the service that I needed did not try to up sale me on anything extra that I needed and the price was fair and economical compared to what was priced to me at the Marietta location. Even though this location is further away I will definitely return my vehicle here for any future maintenance.

Awesome business and customer service. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation and didn’t hardly have time to sit down and it was done. Friendly, professional and well managed. I will definitely return and would encourage anyone to check them out for their repair and service needs.

They have been such a great help to me throughout the years. First, I had gotten in an accident out of state and had my car towed to this shop. They did the inspection of my car and they were so helpful and worked with me. It ended up being totaled but they were great on their end. Second, I then bought a used car and they did the first inspection. With that they made sure that my car with 200,000 miles on it would run well and keep me safe, as I am a college student. Kevin and his staff go above and beyond and made me feel respected as a young woman.

Had to have my radiator system replaced. Service Street did it quick, for a fair price, and included a warranty. Friendly and helpful.

What an exceptional experience!! I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Kevin was my point of contact today and was an absolute joy to work with. He was so kind and thoughtful, put all of my anxieties and worries about my car at ease. I knew I would be in good hands. He got my car in without an appointment and had my car back to me by 5pm so I could make it to class. He ordered me a Lyft to get me back to work, and then back to Service Street when it was time to pick up. I am so, so pleased with the incredible customer service, quality care for my car, and affordable prices. If anything ever goes wrong with my car again I am certainly coming back to service Street. I cannot thank Kevin and the mechanics enough.
