Dante was amazing.

David and team particularly James installed my power steering in my SL550. But before the repair was started, I went back for certainty it was the correct matter that match the sound I was hearing. James pointed out the matter and showed me how to detect the issue. I got the car back in one day.

Great manager and friendly staff. Got my problem handled professionally and did a follow up for free within 5 minutes. Good prices on oil changes and tire rotations too.

I went here because I had a nail in my tire. The front desk guy let me know they didn’t have the staff to do anything but he filled the low tire with air and told me where nearby to go to get it fixed. I really appreciated this act of kindness!

I recently took my car to Service Street Auto for a warranty repair under my CarMax MaxCare plan, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. As soon as I arrived, they quickly identified that my issue was covered under warranty and immediately reached out to CarMax for approval and payment. The process was smooth and hassle-free. While my car was in the shop, I also had my brakes replaced. Initially, I noticed some noise afterward, but the manager and staff were incredibly helpful in addressing the issue and making sure everything was corrected. Their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction truly stood out. One of the best parts about this shop is the convenience – they offer Uber/Lyft rides to and from your location while your car is being serviced, which made the whole process even easier.
