Excellent place to take your car for service or repairs. Very kind and professional, they operate by the golden rule, as everyone should. I just discovered them and I will never take my cars anywhere else again. Thank you Kevin and David and Service Street mechanics, you are awesome.

My job recently relocated to the area and I needed an oil change ASAP. I found them online and their reviews were exceptional. They took me right away, checked on some issues I mentioned, didn't try to up sell me on services. Just told me what I would need and how much it would cost. Very friendly and professional.

It was my first time here and I have found a new home for my car. The service was quick. The place is clean and the people are very nice and professional.

Service Street is the most pleased I have been with an automotive shop. The work was done in an efficient manor and Kevin kept me informed the entire time. The step above of getting a lyft home and back to the shop was the icing on the cake. Being new to Norcross I am glad to have found this great operation.

I don’t ever write reviews, but this auto shop really went above & beyond my expectations so I felt compelled to say a few words. I’m glad I found this auto shop. They were very prompt & professional. I felt that they were really on top of things & kept me up to date through the entire service process. I had several issues addressed on my Jeep & after giving up on the dealership to resolve the issues Service Street came to the rescue. I would highly recommend this shop.

I was short on time because I work crazy hours. I recently moved to the area and I was looking for a mechanic. Other places I called were booked up and required an appointment days in advance. I called Service Street and they got me in right away. They even provided a lyft back to my house. I was able to go back to work while they worked on my car. Shout out to Eric. He went above and beyond and provided a service i didn't request for free. I was so satisfied with their service and professionalism, I bought the guys lunch from the restaurant next door.

I needed to get a oil change during my lunch break. The staff was very professional and easy to work with. In and out and the time estimated by the manager. I will be back again.

Fast, reliable service

I needed to bring a car in for a pre-purchase inspection. Kevin took the car back right away and I was able to sit in the fairly spacious, air-conditioned customer area until he was done. It was quick but thorough and he advised me not only on needed repairs but also what I would be looking at in terms of maintenance if I did decide to purchase the car. I can't say enough good things about this Service Street location. So professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

Excellent service! Very professional and got it done in a timely manner! While driving home from work on a Friday night my driver's side window suddenly decided to konk out and drop down into the door, oh and did I mention it was raining like a monsoon? Anyway fast forward to Saturday morning, calling around like crazy and couldn't find anyone. Well I found these guys last minute courtesy of my sister. I wasn't even on the phone with Kevin 30 seconds for him to know exactly what was wrong, he said bring it in I can get you done today.Talk about blessing because everyone else gave me a time-line of Tuesday. Well I took it in and they had me done in a manner of hours. They were very nice and even asked if my son and I wanted something to eat as they were picking up lunch. These guys were awesome and I would highly recommend them!

Very friendly staff and very good pricing :). I got my car from a used car lot near there and brought it to Service Street Auto Repairs. They made my first car buying experience much easier by giving me a memorable inspection! I wish I lived in the area to give them my service in the future...

Honest, genuine people! Quick service and they showed me what was going on with my vehicle. Also, there was no pressure at all of extra services or anything like that. Felt really comfortable and will definitely be going back for all my car needs!
