Absolutely amazing mechanic. They charge such a fair rate and always do the best work. They have a very quick turnaround as well. They try to make sure you get in and out as fast as possible while still getting top quality work. Every time I have taken my vehicle here (oil changes, fuel injector, tow upgrades) that have been extremely easy to deal with. I would recommend them to anybody!

They took my Jeep in for service just off a call and had me in and out in no time. On top of that, I had asked if they could install a replacement passenger window that I was looking at purchasing online because all local shops I had sought out had outrageous prices. It was either Dave or Kevin, I worked with them both, that called me and told me they found the window, could get it in and installed same day before picking up the vehicle post oil change. Less than three hours later they had me ready for pickup. Price beat out all other local shops and obviously the stealership and I know where my vehicle will be serviced from now on. Thank you guys!

Extremely professional upfront from beginning to end. Immediately assessed the problem. Informed me the time frame I could expect the car back, including the Estimated Cost for completing the job. This price did not change in which I was very pleased about. Recommend I bring the vehicle back within a week to re’check any leaks or problems previously repaired. Overall service impeccable, time frame excellent & the courtesy to bring my vehicle to the house due to my limited transportation has to be recognized. All of the areas I ask to be Fix, was Fixed. I would highly recommend “Service Street Automotive” to my friends & others looking for Top Rated Mechanics.

We had to have the oil changed in my husband car. We got there and they were busy. We were willing to wait. Next thing I know the car was in the work area and they were changing the oil. We were surprised and happy. They were done in no time. As always they did a great job. We have all of our.car repairs done at Service Street.

My job recently relocated to the area and I needed an oil change ASAP. I found them online and their reviews were exceptional. They took me right away, checked on some issues I mentioned, didn't try to up sell me on services. Just told me what I would need and how much it would cost. Very friendly and professional.

It was my first time here and I have found a new home for my car. The service was quick. The place is clean and the people are very nice and professional.

Service Street is the most pleased I have been with an automotive shop. The work was done in an efficient manor and Kevin kept me informed the entire time. The step above of getting a lyft home and back to the shop was the icing on the cake. Being new to Norcross I am glad to have found this great operation.

I don’t ever write reviews, but this auto shop really went above & beyond my expectations so I felt compelled to say a few words. I’m glad I found this auto shop. They were very prompt & professional. I felt that they were really on top of things & kept me up to date through the entire service process. I had several issues addressed on my Jeep & after giving up on the dealership to resolve the issues Service Street came to the rescue. I would highly recommend this shop.

I was short on time because I work crazy hours. I recently moved to the area and I was looking for a mechanic. Other places I called were booked up and required an appointment days in advance. I called Service Street and they got me in right away. They even provided a lyft back to my house. I was able to go back to work while they worked on my car. Shout out to Eric. He went above and beyond and provided a service i didn't request for free. I was so satisfied with their service and professionalism, I bought the guys lunch from the restaurant next door.

I needed to get a oil change during my lunch break. The staff was very professional and easy to work with. In and out and the time estimated by the manager. I will be back again.

Fast, reliable service

I needed to bring a car in for a pre-purchase inspection. Kevin took the car back right away and I was able to sit in the fairly spacious, air-conditioned customer area until he was done. It was quick but thorough and he advised me not only on needed repairs but also what I would be looking at in terms of maintenance if I did decide to purchase the car. I can't say enough good things about this Service Street location. So professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
