Great customer service!

I was visiting from Chicago and I needed an oil change that was long over due they were professional and happy to help I was welcomed right away with good energy had a good chat too very friendly staff I left feeling like a valued customer when I need annother oil change and I'm in Atlanta I will always come here

They were easy to work with, got me an appointment as soon as I wanted it, were clear and communicative, and finished the repairs on time.

They diagnosed my vehicle correctly and offered me a great customer service.

Excellent customer service. Came in for oil change and tire rotation. During inspection, was told I would need brakes at least by next oil change. Was able to get oil change and brakes completed all within 3 hours time. They provide a Lyft for me to get back home and a Lyft to get the car picked up. Great experience, will be going back

Came in with my brother to limp his Tahoe in with a blown heater core hose an hour before closing with the part to swap it in. Easy fix for someone with the tool to remove the old hose clip (I did not have it in a parking lot), but these guys got it done last minute on a weekday. Super friendly team and the work was done correctly. Highly recommend this shop.

I had my belly pan hanging from the bottom of my car. These guys got the issue fixed and had me out literally within a few minutes. Faster service I’ve ever received from a auto shop

I had my emissions done here in route to other errands for the day. The crew was nice and friendly, informative and efficient! I will return in the near future!

Best Customer service I’ve ever dealt with.

Fuel filter problem; removed air pockets from fuel line causing crank-no-start on Diesel engine vehicle.

The fellas at Service Street were a lifesaver! I was driving through Georgia and my AC randomly stopped working. They had me in and out in 10 minutes, and didn't charge a cent. Absolutely amazing service. I was blown away, and wish I could take them back to NC with me!!! Would absolutely recommend.

This review is strictly for Eric! He has been absolutely the best mechanic I’ve ever had in Georgia! He is very educated and understanding when it comes to diagnosing any issues when it comes to cars. On top of that, he has the best customer service I’ve ever encountered with in the car service industry. He’s very humble and mellow. We need more ppl like that around! Keep doing what you do Eric and good things will continue to come your way. I can’t thank you enough!

The were on time and very helpful when I ask questions and the price was good.

I was quoted less than anywhere else and they actually charged less than they quoted. The work was done in half the amount of time quotes and it was done very well. Thanks! I will be using them from now on!

Not sure if the guy was the Kevin, but he had a kind presence. Made an appointment, they started at appointment time had me in and out. Fast and easy!
