The staff was so professional. They advised me of the services that will be needed in the future and didn’t pressure me into it being a right now situation. The manager talked to me as a person and didn’t treat me as if I was naïve. He was awesome. I’ll be back!

Good customer service experience.

Brought my niece’s vehicle in for a brake inspection. She had been by another establishment that she needed to have all the pads replaced. The guys at Service Street checked the car in, inspected it, got back to us within an hour, and told us she had 50% brake pad life left all the way around. They didn’t charge us at all! Very honest group! Have had work done there in the past and it was top quality.

Kevin is awesome and always fits us in no matter the issue. His team always does a phenomenal job diagnosing, evaluating, Anna maintaining all of the vehicles for me and my extended family.

My first time using this auto repair shop. Had to r replace leaking radiator. The guy managing the front office (Kevin) was friendly and knowledgeable. I called in the morning and they were able to get me in that day. I showed up just before noon. They arranged a Lyft ride for me to get back home at their expense. Very smooth. By 4pm, my Jeep with its new radiator was ready to go. Time will tell if I have any issues but for now I’m an extremely happy customer and will return next time.

Professional and welcoming no hidden agenda, speedy, great energy from all workers patient no long wait. My second here It is home now.

Customer service and speed was great, I'm definitely coming back! I definitely recommend them to anyone, especially seeing that I was a first time customer, and they treated me well with honesty. That's something very hard to find in an autoshop.

Kevin and team are absolutely wonderful! Within a day, they were able to confirm and fix an issue I've had for 2+ years that two dealerships consistently missed. They replaced my motor mounts, cleaned my fuel injection system, replaced my radiator cap and replaced my spark plugs with an excellent tuneup service. 😅😅😅My car runs great and stopped chasing its tail and barking at cats in cars passing by. 😂😂😂😂 LOL In all seriousness they did an outstanding job on my car and I couldn't be happier.
