The team at Service Street Norcross treated me with a level of compassion that is quite impressive! The manager, David was organized and courteous. Staff was super friendly. I had a loose battery cable that I told them about and they tightened that up for me. Most places I've been they always tell me I need something else done. Service Street didn't do that and it is very appreciated. will continue to go there for oil changes and anything else that my warranty doesn't cover.

I’m so excited to FINALLY have found a great auto service shop so close to home! I made an appointment for an oil change, alignment and to have the drivers seat motor replaced. VERY reasonably and competitively priced. My 223k mile SUV is running like a champ now! The waiting area is clean and they also offer a shuttle service if you do not want to wait for your vehicle there. As much as they could have written a laundry list of needed repairs with my high mileage vehicle, they did not. Kevin and his crew are super nice and professional. Definitely will be our “go to” place for auto maintenance and repairs. Highly recommend giving them a shot!

David answered my call at 7am full of energy and ensured me he would be able to service my vehicle. He greeted me when I arrived with the same energy. As this was my first time using Service Street it made me feel confident that I would be happy with the work performed. I am! I'll be back again.
