Our family has used Service Street for our vehicle(s) maintenance for many years, and have always had exceptional work done. Today’s visit being no different other than the new manager, Antonio. Got an oil change on my 08 Land Rover L322, yesterday. Afterwards, I noticed a small leak in my driveway, called them, spoke to Antonio, brought it back same day. He personally took it right in as soon as I arrived, it was just some residual oil that made its way to the skid plate, exiting the drain holes. They cleaned it all up, checked everything again, and within 30 mins I was on my way. No more issues, clean and dry. Outstanding service, as usual! Deal with confidence. I’d recommend to All.

I have been servicing here since 2015, Top class service and customer service, recently I was very upset but the new General Manager called me , try to find out what was wrong and what should be done better. I am so glad and continue with service street.

I love their oil change deal and I've always received quality service. Kyle is always up front and honest and only sells me what I need. I've been going there for years and highly recommend them.

I would like to applaud the experience I had at this shop! The handsome and professional Dontae really made my worries ease away with how much knowledge he had of what my car needed. He did not hesitate to help and gave excellent recommendations!

Original visit review 10/20/25:I am extremely saddened and disappointed. I’ve been going to this location for about 5 years and have always been able to put my trust in the service techs and managers. Eric was always a fabulous and helpful honest mechanic, David and some of the older managers were reliable and trustworthy. Since the turn over, I have seen a decline in that. I went in for an oil change two weeks ago and ended up having an oil leak the two days after because the tech did not close the cap. Also, they had swapped out my front right tire with the back left because of uneven wear and since my steering wheel shakes when I brake. I took my car in today after my aux battery went out leading to my main battery going out and Kyle told me the shaking is due to warped rotors. How my rotors became warped between when I was in last and now is beyond me. Anyway. When it came time to discuss the battery replacement I basically got bamboozled. $339 for the battery, $120 for labor and $39 for who knows what. I checked with some local auto parts stores and found out I could have basically gotten the regular battery and aux battery replace for less than what I paid for the one main battery. So disgusted by this experience and they have lost a loyal customer and frequent referral because of this. UPDATE 10/23/25: After my initial experience, the manager Kyle personally reached out to review my situation. He discovered a duplicate profile that caused confusion with my service history and took full responsibility for the oversight. He went above and beyond to make things right—-offering a full refund, replacing my brakes and rotors(also covered under warranty) and even adding a complimentary five-pack of oil changes. I’ve since returned to the shop, and they completed the brake and rotor replacement. I’m currently awaiting the refund for the battery cost, which I’ve been advised will take up to 3 business days. I’ll also be returning this Saturday for the auxiliary battery replacement, also covered under warranty. I want to acknowledge Dante, who is by far one of the an absolute best when it comes to customer service and overall coordination. Hi professionalism, calm demeanor and helpfulness stand out and contribute to the experience at this location. While my original visit was disappointing, I genuinely appreciate the integrity and care Kyle and his team showed in resolving this. It’s rare to see a manager take accountability and value long-time customers like this. They have redeemed my long term 5 star rating because of their professionalism and commitment to making things right.

Honestly good experience. Came in for an oil change and found a coupon for $40 oil change+free tire rotation/inspection. They were also willing to price match and alignment at another location, so that saved a trip. Good deal with coupon

Norma and her team did an incredible job. I recently had my transmission replaced, and their teamwork was truly inspiring. Norma played a key role in ensuring everything was done right and that each part was properly installed. Her customer service was friendly, patient, and informative. I will definitely return here for any future car issues. Highly recommend their services!

I always get Superior Service at the Norcross location. Super nice people. I trust them to give me an honest evaluation on needed repairs. Speedy oil changes. Package deal on oil changes is a great value. Complimentary shuttle makes work day repairs easy. Thank you for all you do for me.

Gentlemen that was in front was excellent. Glad they offered me a ride back home while they did the service was being done. Pricing was reasonable. Hopefully my road trip will be smooth, but I’m sure it will be.
