Just the most AMAZING knowledge and customer service ever! I will never trust my car to anyone else again! Such nice people to work with and they always go above and beyond to get everything handled in a very timely manner. After 12 years with the same company for 5 family cars I now say, "Goodyear who!!!" ✋✋👏👏 BTW.....Kevin is absolutely the BEST!

Excellent service! I needed an oil change so I drove to the shop Friday and they said I could drop it off but I didn't have a ride back home at the time, so I made an appointment for Monday at 2. While making the appt I was told it would be quick and I wouldn't need to leave it with them, however when I came by at 2, they said it would be 45 minutes to an hour. I didn't have time because I had to leave to meet my dad for dinner and I had my 4 month old with me. So I left again, had to get my husband to drive up with me so I could leave it with them for a few hours. It was frustrating but I didn't make it a big deal. The guy was still very thoughtful and when I got the call to pick up my car, he was kind enough to make it free of charge. It was a nice surprise because you don't really get thoughtful service anymore. So I'm grateful and will continue to take my car to Service Street!

He does exactly what he says, is VERY professional, honest and a firm believer in giving excellent customer service!! They are very thorough when inspecting your vehicle and fix ONLY what is necessary! I plan to continue referring you to others! (I used the Norcross location.)

These folks really know how to take care of their customers. I thought it was just me until I spoke with a couple of others who had been going here for years. Firestone in the area closed down and I was so sad about trying to find another place that respected women and didn’t try to get over. This is it! Always clean, fast, down to earth, and professional! 😍🥰

My service was excellent!!!!

Car was leaking oil due to a loose oil filter. Quick 20 minute in an out. They were short handed with one mechanic but Dave verified issue and turn around time was great. Mechanics are tough to trust and hard to find good ones. Service Street is where you wanna go!

Had an appointment for an oil change. Got there 15 minutes early and they took my car right away. They were really busy but I was amazed that I was in and out of there in 20 min. Very fast and friendly service. Will definitely go back for next oil change.
