Very nice, tried to do their best to keep my old car running, even made a special trip to my house at no charge to charge the battery. David and Kevin were extremely helpful and it is nice to meet people that really want to help. That as a rare quality. THANK YOU!!! Recommend for sure.

I arrived at work only to discover that my brake lights were stuck on. I called Service Street and they said to bring my car in as soon as possible. Check in was a breeze and they even arranged for a Lyft to get me back to the office (and paid for it!) The repair took no time at all. The staff was pleasant and knowledgeable and the work was excellent. I'd recommend them to anyone. Five stars!

My name is Marquise Duncan I came here 3 days ago and my car came back to me very quick they got the parts the day of arriving and contacted me every time making sure I approved of the work and gave me the price, they are very informative and tell you everything you need to know, they also work very well with Warranty company’s, I had a problem with my car that I didn’t even know and they told me about it, and now it’s driving like brand new great prices and they work on all sorts of vehicles, Thanks to the team here and David for always keeping in contact

I came in with my “check engine” light on 15 minutes before Service Street was scheduled to close. They checked the diagnostics on my car anyway and also repaired the problem before lunch the next day. I am so impressed with their customer service and speed, rare qualities found in my experience at other mechanics around town since I moved to the area about two years ago. Thank you!!

It was fine

I found this place and decided to reach out after reading all of the good reviews. I called and made an appointment for an oil change. I arrived for my appointment a little early and was told that it would take about 45 minutes for my service. Over an hour passed and I decided to ask for an update. The office employee told me that my car was just being started because the employee doing the work decided to stop working once the boss left. So I have just been sitting in their waiting room for over an hour for no reason. The employee in the office says that this is an ongoing issue with this other employees and that he need to be fired. Meanwhile he says there is nothing he can do. No discount offered, not even an apology. Shoot, I had to ASK for an update on my car to find out what was taking so long. Yeah it's messed up for the other employee to stop working but it also seems like the office employee let his own personal issues with that other employee affect the experience of the customer. All because he refused to talked to the employee that doesn't want to work. Drama. -edit- I'll eat my words because the office employee comped my oil change. I will be back.
