It was fine

I found this place and decided to reach out after reading all of the good reviews. I called and made an appointment for an oil change. I arrived for my appointment a little early and was told that it would take about 45 minutes for my service. Over an hour passed and I decided to ask for an update. The office employee told me that my car was just being started because the employee doing the work decided to stop working once the boss left. So I have just been sitting in their waiting room for over an hour for no reason. The employee in the office says that this is an ongoing issue with this other employees and that he need to be fired. Meanwhile he says there is nothing he can do. No discount offered, not even an apology. Shoot, I had to ASK for an update on my car to find out what was taking so long. Yeah it's messed up for the other employee to stop working but it also seems like the office employee let his own personal issues with that other employee affect the experience of the customer. All because he refused to talked to the employee that doesn't want to work. Drama. -edit- I'll eat my words because the office employee comped my oil change. I will be back.

Great customer service. I called to see if they had time to diagnose my car. They said they couldn't get to it same day as they were swamped. But I could drop it off. I dropped it off with Kevin who apologized they were swamped but would get to it the following day. They were able to move it in later that afternoon and was given a call from Kevin explaining exactly what was wrong and what parts needed to be replaced. I was impressed they worked very hard and quickly to get me back on the road. Knowing I need my car for daily work. Honest time frames and expectations, Great communication, straight pricing and parts. Kevin and his crew are top shelf.

This was my first time visiting Service Street for a service of any kind. Today they performed a standard oil change. I was told it would take about 25 minutes but it was done in 15; a pleasant surprise! Both gentleman I spoke with were very nice and friendly. Overall it was a very positive experience and I will definitely be going back for any additional repairs or maintenance I may need in the future!

In and out on the same day, no appointment, on a Saturday! ( and they were busy ) Very professional and pleasant people to deal with, very rare find these days.
