They were not able to repair my car but did not charge me anything. I was expecting to pay for diagnostics

Bought a car from car max and the car had an issue with the coolant leak, so I took the car here to get it repaired under my warranty that I have with car max, they stated I had a wire pump that was leaking and also my timing belt needed to be replaced. Sadly the carmax only agreed to take care of the pump instead of covering for both that clearly my car needed!! I told the kind man on the phone that I will have to deny paying for the belt since I can only go based on what my warranty covers. Car was done in a short time picked it up today and was told that they went ahead and fixed my belt too with no charge and I was truly shocked and happy to hear that. I genuinely love these people they are really nice fellas and great auto service they really made my day when car max kept giving me issues. Thank you for your service definitely will come back to do oil changes and any other car services if needed.

The staff at this car shop is so great! They are incredibly kind and offered to check my car transmission for free and didn't take advantage of me and try to sell me on a new transmission immediately (bc it still had more life and they are very expensive). I highly recommend this place the main guy gives me nice dad vibes. They also have a great deal on oil changes.

My vehicle was leaking water. The water pump was replaced along with worn hoses and radiator. In by 9am out by 5pm. A-1 Service from SERVICE STREET.

As promised, in and out in 30 minutes. That says it all! Keeping their time commitment allowed me to continue my day as scheduled.

Service Street has serviced all of my BMW vehicles, my 440i, 335i and my X5. Brakes and engine repairs are top notch, no issues. Kevin and the staff are always courteous and friendly. Services are well expliained and pices are very fair.
