Great experience as always. The front desk is always friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to make the right recommendations without being pushy. I also like the value of the oil change packages. I’m going to need them anyway so why not buy a few up front and save in the long run? My only “negative” feedback is the online booking experience. I have a Telluride and an Escape and neither are listed as options. I could understand if a 1972 Peugeot wasn’t in the list but these are current and popular models. I’d advise whoever owns the management of your site to refresh it. It doesn’t impact my decision to business with you but it may deter others.

We go here for all of our car repairs. Scott, Kevin, and Dave form a dream team of Service Managers. Service Street is always quick, with never more than a day turnaround unless they have to order a unique part. They are always accepting of their coupons and communicate better than any service shop I've ever seen. Would easily recommend Service Street to anyone!

I just want to say this place has a WONDERFUL group of men who work there it don’t matter who you speak with all polite , caring and just outright good people !! JACK , Dave and also the manager are outstanding men they’re family should be proud of all of them they helped me and my family get our only car fixed in a timely manner they solved my problem and helped us get back on the road this will now forever be a place where my family comes to for help on our vehicles!! Couldn’t be more happier !!!!!!!!!

I came in for some honest advice on a new truck I bought. Its riding rough and the staff helped me figure out its flat spots on the tires from the truck sitting on the dealers lot for as long as it did. They didnt charge me for time or effort and just gave me real and helpful advice. I'd come back in a heartbeat because they do business like some others dont- honestly.

I love this shop. I bring my car here for all my car service needs. The customer service is fantastic, honest, and efficient.

They informed me that the work is likely covered under warranty, which means they would lose my business today. However that honesty (and the consistently great reviews) will bring me back.

I was extremely satisfied with my service at Service Street. I told them about the issues I was having with my vehicle and they were able to complete a diagnostic and start repairs right away. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family when it comes to car any car repairs.

Amazing customer service, low cost, and FAST turn around time. Like same day fast on my services. Beat Buick Dealership diagnostic and repair quote. Over $1000 lower for the extensive repairs. Offer Uber ride within 5 miles so you can sit at home in comfort while your car is repaired. Did I mention the amazing customer service? Phone call follow ups and meet or beat other quotes and prices. Repairs have long warranty also. Fast, friendly, trustworthy, clean. Highly Recommended and worth the drive if you’re outside Peachtree Corners. Thanks for getting my car sorted and running again!
