As a young woman, Arnold really looked out for me. Before he even did services on my car, he made sure I didn't have a maintenance package with Kia. He gave me tons and tons of advice about learning about my car and maintaining. He was truly a blessing from God that day and I truly appreciate it

Repair more than I had hoped for, but I’ve taken my vehicles to Service Street for about 15 years and a.ways trust them when they say I need a certain repair and I trust their pricing. I dealt with a new service rep today, Dontae Prosper, who was courteous and pleasant to work with. I also appreciated the free Lyft rides to and from my home while my car was being repaired.

They were all friendly, professional, and were most gracious. I have mobility issues and the staff helped me get around. Repair was costly, but Jack and Dante explained everything. Very pleased to have found the place!

This is the ONLY place I trust to service my 2008 Saturn Astra. I won't even take my vehicle to Carl Black Buick, a certified GM service station for Saturn, anymore where I used to go for years before discovering Service Street. Every visit to Service Street, including today's, no matter what needs to be done for my vehicle and no matter how much the cost, is a comparatively fast, easy, painless and pleasant experience. The staff are very knowledgeable about my Saturn and Saturn vehicles in general. I have never had any vehicle serviced anywhere else that I could offer such praise. I am always so happy and grateful I found Service Street. Thank You!

Great experience as always. The front desk is always friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to make the right recommendations without being pushy. I also like the value of the oil change packages. I’m going to need them anyway so why not buy a few up front and save in the long run? My only “negative” feedback is the online booking experience. I have a Telluride and an Escape and neither are listed as options. I could understand if a 1972 Peugeot wasn’t in the list but these are current and popular models. I’d advise whoever owns the management of your site to refresh it. It doesn’t impact my decision to business with you but it may deter others.
